Hmm, I just took pictures of the bookshelves so I could post them, but am stopped in my tracks because I can't locate cord that connects the phone with the computer.
And that just about sums up my summer. Can't find things, not completing things, trying to keep my cool--physically and mentally.
Things rarely stay settled for long. The shelves and painting have been done a couple months. I think I had things put away for one day. Now I am trying to make space for Abby and Tess to move back in. We are happy to have them here. We are probably happier than they (Abby) are. There's no place for Abby to have her own room, so she will be the most displaced--probably sleeping with me or on the couch, keeping her clothes in Tess' room, keeping her computer and schoolwork in my office. One more year of community college for her--then hopefully she will do two years at Ohio State to get a bachelor's degree. THEN she can get a job and buy the house from us and we'll move out!
Now where is my phone cord......................
